Are you an experienced Electrician looking for a rewarding opportunity in the Penrith and Keswick area?
We are looking for a qualified and skilled Electrician to undertake a variety of electrical tasks and projects, such as 1st and 2nd fix tasks, including testing and wiring of heating systems and air source heat pumps.
While experience is preferred, training can be provided for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate must hold Inspection and Testing C&G 2391 or equivalent qualification.

Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our busy team!
Role will include working on a range of commercial projects across Cumbria for Atkinson Building Contractors.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Collating and issuing tender packs for subcontractor work packages.
• To be involved in negotiation of prices and obtaining quotes for new projects.
• Negotiation and analysis of subcontractor tender returns.
• Producing tender analysis for subcontract work packages.
• Completion of subcontract orders, variations, payments & final accounts.
• Completing monthly CVRs and cost reporting.
• Attending site project meetings.
• Prepare and issue monthly valuations & cash flow forecasts.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with excellent terms and salary according to competence and experience.
Uniform, Transport & PPE will be provided.
This is a full-time role based primarily in Cumbria (Role may require travelling).

Architectural Technician

Work will include all 1st and 2nd fix joinery tasks on renovations, conversions, maintenance works and hotel refurbishments. This will include the installation of roofs, kitchens, flooring etc.
40 hours per week, wage, and package negotiable.
