On Saturday 17th August 2019 at Penrith AFC, before the home game against Newcastle Benfield, saw the re-naming of Frenchfield Park to 'Atkinson Building Contractor's Stadium'. It's part of a new 3 year sponsorship deal between the two, which also includes kit and clothing sponsorship and cements a long standing and fruitful partnership dating back to 2009 when the new stadium was opened.
We enjoyed our afternoon, the hospitality was good, unfortunately the result was a 1-2 defeat, but the second half progress was encouraging. Good luck to the Bonny Blues for the rest of the season. COYB!!
