About usWe are a family business that was established in Penrith over 25 years ago. We have grown to employ over 50 locally-trained people but we still try to keep the personal service, value-for-money pricing and quality that you would expect from a smaller firm. The firm is controlled by Steve Atkinson who has seen it grow since 1982 from just himself as a sole trader to its current turnover of around £5 million. Steve leads the business with Barry Turner and a management team that includes John Bousfield, Neil McKaskie, Tony Ripley, Tracy Little, Adrian Banks, Steve Pickering and Malcolm Wilson, each one bringing their own practical experience and expertise to the company. “We are delighted with the work carried out
