Projects – residentialAs well as our own private housing developments, we have worked with a number of housing associations (HA) in the area including Eden HA, Two Castles HA, Impact HA and Home HA. Projects have included flats for young people, new build sheltered and affordable housing and refurbishments to existing properties. STONECROFT – we completed a development of five private houses at Stonecroft near High Hesket, a village between Penrith and Carlisle. All five properties had four good-sized bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, a choice of finishes and turfed gardens. They were marketed via Davidson Partners of Penrith. BARCO HILL GROVE – a scheme of 4 executive style 4 bed-roomed bungalows built in the grounds of Barco Hill in an elevated position over-looking the town. These properties were sold off plan. View development CARLTON HALL GARDENS – a development of 20 larger than average detached houses located on the edge of town. To take in advantage of the elevated position and take in the panoramic views towards “Saddleback”. View development LAMLEY GARDENS – a small exclusive scheme of only 5 houses. Built on a sloping site, these executive style dwellings take in the extensive views of Northern Lakeland. PATEGILL PARK - a mixed scheme of some 30 units developed in association with Eden and Impact Housing Association to provide much needed accommodation for local people. It included houses and flats for rent, 2 disabled persons bungalows, a small 7 bed-roomed care home together with semi-detached houses for sale. View development THE RAILWAY TAVERN – an award wining design and imaginative conversion of an empty former public house in Penrith. This scheme undertaken for Eden Housing Association provides 4 flats for rent. View development THOMPSON COURT - Eden Housing Association were able to secure the last parcel of land in Stricklandgate Penrith. We developed 5 flats for rent including 2 ground floor disabled persons units close by the town centre. View development SIPLING LANE LOW HESKET – in association with Eden Housing Association we built a mix of 6 only 2 3 and 4 bed-roomed accommodation for rent as identified by the parish council as a local need.
