New build housing – we specialise in local
homes for local people and have worked on private developments as well
as projects with several housing associations in the area.
Conversions and extensions –
we pride ourselves on creating the home that you want and have broad experience
in barn conversions. Recent projects have included the latest in eco-friendly
technologies and sourcing local and reclaimed materials.

Bathrooms and plumbing –
our team of heating engineers offers everything from sorting out small
maintenance jobs through to installing new central heating systems and
complete bathroom makeovers. We have been involved in building extensive
new bathroom display showrooms for both JT Atkinson Builders Merchants
in Penrith and Penrith Building Supplies.
Maintenance and alterations -
we also offer maintenance contracts for housing schemes, home and landlord’s
gas safety checks, conservatories, windows and doors, hard landscaping
and alterations.
