Extensive re-roofing works were undertaken whilst maintaining a waterproof building which houses the university dining area. Work was carried out during University holidays to minimize disruption. Delays occurred due to unforeseen work needing to be undertaken but completion was achieved by the start of the new academic year by re-programming the works and extending the normal working week.
