Construction of a new filling station, whilst the existing remained trading was always going to be a challenge. Construction of the steel framed structure, with local slate roof and stone walls, integrate the building into the surroundings. The retail space of the new building was increased twenty fold. Site remediation following a previous fuel leak added to the difficulty of turning the project round in a twenty week period. An example of the company’s successful progression into the commercial sector.
