The 1960’s built timber frame property, which has been brought up to date with a contemporary refurbishment. In addition, a two-storey extension providing extra living space on the ground floor and master bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe to the first floor. A further single storey extension provide space to accommodate the clients gym Atkinson Building Contractors were approached to take on the project on design and build basis, as well as project managing, ensuring the client had direct and regular contact with his builder.
The refurbishment works included the installation of new boiler and central heating system with underfloor heating to the ground floor and radiators to the first floor. Bathroom, kitchen and en-suites were all given a complete makeover, with high regard to specification and quality workmanship. The property was also fully decorated internally and externally to give the feel of a new build.
