As well as refurbishing the existing part of the property, we converted the adjoining out buildings into living accommodation with master bedroom with en-suite facilities. The works generally comprised of taking up and replacing existing stone slab floors with new insulated concrete slab, hacking off and re-plastering walls, renewal of doors, skirting boards, kitchens and the like
