The project involved renovations, refurbishment and alteration works to an historic site within the busy market town centre of Penrith to provide a newly refurbished cafeteria, two new conference/youth space rooms and two new two-bedroom apartments. The property, formerly known as the Tudor Restaraunt, comsists of two listed buildings.
The project was constructed to high quality standards and attention to detail within the programme timescales. High efficiency boilets, radiators providing room heating and thermostatic controls, high performance glazing, low energy saving lighting and water saving features were all installed to ensure excellent building performance and sustainability for the client.
