This was the tidiest and organised building site I have ever been on in my 40 years in landscaping. The turf work was exceptional - you could tell it had been done properly, no undulations or died off spots in any of them. And wow, the sprinklers, never seen any contractor do that before. Well done, the staff there are valuable assets to their employers. Pallets and materials in tidy stacks not strewn everywhere, even the site office was tidy and clean for a building site. A big well done from me it was a pleasure visiting the site.

I just wanted to extend a big thanks to all involved in our first 5 plots at Jubilee Gardens. Our sales team have given extremely positive feedback on the workmanship and quality of the homes, stating they’re the best affordable units we’ve handed over in the region.

We are very happy with our new home! We reserved our Atkinson home early in its build and found the sales team very helpful and supportive throughout every stage of the process. The whole team, including the Site Manager, the builders, and all the tradespeople, were always friendly and supportive during our site visits, and quick to help with any snags after completion—though there have been very few!

We are really pleased with the standard of finish and the quality of the fittings, which made moving in very straightforward. We are confident that we’ve bought a modern, well-insulated, and economical home for the future—right in the heart of a place we love: the Lakes.

We have been really pleased with the work that Atkinsons have completed at our property.

Our project has included removal of some walls, new plumbing, new central heating, rewiring, insulation of external walls, boarding and insulation in the loft, installation of a new kitchen and three bathrooms, plastering, new interior doors, exterior work managing asbestos, and replacement of soffits and fascia’s.

Management and communication were very good throughout, with our project manager discussing with us at every stage. He ensured we had clear costs, and we were able to modify plans where necessary to fit our budget. Throughout the fitting, the team communicated well with us, so that we always felt well informed, and we were able to discuss cosmetic requirements. The quality of the workmanship was very high, and kitchen and bathrooms were fitted to a very high standard.  The tradesmen working on site were always friendly, polite, and helpful and we had good professional relationships with them.  Costing of the project was transparent .

Overall, we were very pleased with the work that Atkinsons completed at our property and would strongly recommend them to others.

The electrical team sent to carry out the survey on our electrical installations deserve the highest praise. They displayed confidence and proficiency whilst performing the work, which they completed to the highest level of competence and workmanship. No fuss, no mess, nothing was too much to ask of them and above all they displayed a convivial and hearty sense of humour.

We are very happy with the bathroom we have just had fitted; the tiling especially is great. We will be recommending Atkinsons to anyone looking to get a bathroom fitted

We would like to thank Steven and the Atkinsons team for all their hard work on our project throughout this year.  We have much appreciated their skills, efforts, and advice, all helping to get our bungalow updated. We have also been impressed with their professionalism and the guidance and encouragement given by the tradesmen to their apprentices - it’s refreshing to see and must give you great satisfaction to know that you are facilitating the tradition of passing on skills to the younger generations and adding to the local trades’ skills pool. 

Both Ian Martin and Adam Pattinson were very willing and enthusiastic participants at our most recent First Aid for Mental Health Course - a credit to their employers.

After losing our water supply over the weekend, we would like to express our gratitude to your Service Engineer for his exemplary service. He helped us get our boiler back up and running over the phone and insisted on remaining on the line until I'd fired up the boiler successfully - which I did. We've been very pleased with your staff throughout our time with Atkinsons, and your Service Engineer is no exception. Congratulations on another job well done.
