On Friday 30th September, our final home was handed over at Hopegill Gardens, and what a fantastic project it has been.
Work started at our site in Braithwaite during June 2021, and has taken just over 15 months to complete. The collection of 5 traditional, three-bedroom homes are positioned in a picturesque location within the Lake District National Park.
Each home has been finished to a premium specification, not to mention the excellent energy efficiency rating. Open plan living spaces were incorporated into the design of these homes, showcasing exceptional views and maximising natural light within the home.
We hope all the new residents at Hopegill Gardens find happiness and comfort in their new homes!
