This year, instead of sending out Christmas cards we have donated to 3 charities, all of which are close to home.
These donations will help support each cause, not only over Christmas but well into the new year. We have donated to Bernardo’s children’s charity, helping them to supply bike helmets to local children over Christmas. We continue to support Eden Animal Rescue and have donated blankets and food, helping to keep the animals fed and warm during the colder months. And finally, a donation has been made to Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity supporting those living with and fighting cancer. We continue to support many local charities across Cumbria and sometimes even charities a little further afield. Over the years Atkinson’s has played a key role in giving back to our local community, something which we are extremely proud of.
