Atkinsons are thrilled to announce the completion of Harbour Place, an extra care scheme in Workington, delivered in partnership with The Riverside Group.
The development provides 28 affordable bungalows for rent and 79 extra care apartments, designed to help residents with varying care and support needs live independently. With communal facilities including a café and a hairdressing salon, Harbour Place is a vibrant, welcoming community for local residents.
We’re proud to have been part of this project and are especially pleased to have worked alongside The Riverside Group to deliver a scheme that supports independence, wellbeing, and a strong sense of community. A huge thank you to all involved.
