Our Appleby development, delivered in partnership with Home Group, is now complete!
Transforming an unused brownfield site, we’ve created a vibrant new community of 100% affordable homes thoughtfully designed with efficiency and sustainability in mind. Each home features air source heat pumps, solar panels, and EV charging points to support a greener future.
We’re proud to have played a role in providing high-quality, affordable housing for the community and look forward to continuing our strong partnership with Home Group on future projects.
