Construction of 55 properties - 45 built as affordable homes for Impact Housing and Keswick Community Housing Trust and 10 private houses for Atkinson Homes - Calvert Way, Keswick

This project included the construction of 55 properites on the outskirts of the popular Lake District Town of Keswick.  10 properties were built and sold through our own Atkinson Homes Team, with the other 45 built as affordable homes for Impact Housing and Keswick Community Housing Trust.

A mixture of 2, 3 & 4 bed properties were built with larch timber, natural stone cladding, solar panels all fitted to the exterior to prove a natural aesthetic look in line with a lake district property.
