The project included the construction of a new two storey modern Office Block on the outskirts of Penrith. Working closely with our client ‘theidol.com’ we created a modern office space with 110 workstations, 4 conference / meeting Rooms, toilets, disabled toilets, showers, disabled access lift, 2 kitchens and 50 on-site carpark spaces including disabled parking.
The client was looking for larger premises and were considering moving away from the town of Penrith. This opportunity allowed them to remain in the local area allowing them continued growth therefore boosting local employment and the economy. This was a satisfactory project from both our and the clients point of view with an excellent working relationship. As Penrith’s Industrial & Business Estates continue to grow along with employment in the area this project has set the blueprint for similar commercial projects in the future.
