This was a barn conversion and extension undertaken 25 years after we completed the first barn conversion for this couple.

The newly converted barn was situated in the grounds of the original property in Newby

• Under pining the old barn
• Installing new concrete floors with underfloor heating
• Installation of 2 new bathrooms
• Installation of new timber windows and doors
• A full new roof structure and new slate roof
• A kitchen and utility
• Gas stove
