The overall appearance of the tired looking building was greatly improved by replacing the existing windows with UPVC sash windows, external rendering and re-decoration.
Commercial and retail businesses occupied the ground floor, with continual communication and careful programming of our works the amount of disruption and disturbance on their day to day business was kept to a minimum. Access and storage of materials was also an issue that was overcome with small volume deliveries and immediate distribution on site to the work activity area.
