Just thought I would take a few minutes of my time to say thank you for delivering a really good scheme that I think we can all be proud of. The finished article, in my opinion is a credit to all, and the visual appearance of that end of Raiselands Croft must be an improvement by a thousand fold.
As you know, I was very apprehensive about the scheme from inception, namely due to many of the local residents to the site – a lot of which were very raw emotionally, and some even angry about a housing development being built in their *back yard*. I’m happy that this was all turned around, and as I have mentioned before, we have even received compliments from some of these residents who have openly admitted that they were wrong, and how much of a positive impact the scheme has had on the neighbourhood.
I’m sure you chose the right personnel for this development too. Everyone I have seen on working on site has done the company proud, in my opinion.
Not one for usually singling out people, but I have been very impressed with Stephen and Jonathan, both of whom I would welcome to work with again on future developments…. Their professional approach and care-about-the-job is very refreshing.
I would be grateful if you could pass on my thoughts appropriately.
Anyway…. Well Done, Thank you, lets do it again.

I would like to take this opportunity of thanking you for contributing to this year’s Charity Golf Day.
Thanks to the support you provided in playing in the event, we will be able to make a donation of over £4500.00 to the Mayor of Carlisle’s Charity Fund ~ the main beneficiaries of which are Carlisle MENCAP and Carlisle United Youth Voluntary Work. This means that over the last 12 years, we will have raised over £34,500 for the Mayor of Carlisle’s charities.
